Destiny Church...
A new church in the West 7th community of Fort Worth.
We're a church for believers. We're a church for skeptics. We're a church for the young. We're a church for the old. We're a church for the rich and the poor. We're a church for "Macs" and "PCs". We're a church for those who have got it all together and for those who are barely hanging on. We're a church for you.
We take God and our worship of him seriously, but we also love to have fun and enjoy life together. We don't pretend to be perfect, or to have all the answers, or to even know half the questions. We just try to do the best we can with what we've got and leave the rest up to God.
We believe Jesus Christ is the way, the truth and the life...and we make no apologies for it. We believe Christ is the answer for every problem, every need and every question...and we want to tell you about him. We also believe every human being deserves our love and respect...and we want to prove it to you.
So come as you are. Bring your questions and bring your criticisms. Bring your hopes and bring your fears. Bring your dreams and bring your disappointments. Bring your talents and bring your flaws. Bring your secrets and bring your sins. We don't care where you've been, we don't care where you are, but we do care where you're going. And we care about you. Seriously. We do. And so does God. He has a purpose and a plan for you – a destiny. And in spite of what you may think (and you may have good reason for thinking it), he loves you. Let us show you.
At Destiny Church, we are on a journey to know the one true God, to live out his commands in a real and practical way, and to experience the freedom and joy that can only come from faith in Jesus Christ. And we want you to join us on this journey.
